Who we are

What we collect and why

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the data you give us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, club, country or city, the teams and number of players and staff, and your message. We use it only to answer your request and prepare your quote, and to follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We also record how you reached our website (for example, which ad or link you clicked) so we can tell which campaigns work. We do this only if you accept cookies, except for a session-only note of the link you arrived from, which is not shared with anyone.

We keep quote requests for up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer if you become a participant and the law requires us to keep records.

Who we share it with

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the form to our email.
• Our own CRM and email tools, which only process data on our behalf.
• If you accept cookies: Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), to measure our ads. When you send the form, we may share your email and phone with them in hashed (encrypted) form to measure conversions.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format, by writing to hello@totalsportsgroup.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

We only load analytics and advertising cookies if you click “Accept” in the banner. You can change your choice at any time:
